Description

A rich and savory compound butter made with unsalted butter, tangy tomato jam, fresh herbs, and garlic, perfect for spreading on warm bread.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato jam
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter, tomato jam, chopped thyme, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
