- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and instant espresso powder in another bowl. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
