Description

Indulgent cookies that blend rich flavors of coffee, chocolate, and toffee for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and instant espresso powder in another bowl. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
