Description

A delightful fusion of fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich chocolate, these clusters make for a refreshing yet indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Greek yogurt
  • Chocolate (dark or milk)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Granola or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. Dip each strawberry in Greek yogurt, coating it completely.
  3. Place the yogurt-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Drizzle or dip the yogurt-covered strawberries in the melted chocolate.
  6. If desired, sprinkle granola or nuts on top.
  7. Freeze the clusters for about 120 minutes until solid.
  8. Enjoy as a healthy dessert!

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from seizing. Use different colored chocolates for added appeal.
