Description

An indulgent Italian dish featuring fresh pasta, cherry tomatoes, and creamy burrata cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the tomatoes.
  5. Stir in fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and top the pasta with torn pieces of burrata cheese. Serve warm.

Notes

Use high-quality burrata for the best flavor. Don’t overcook the pasta for the perfect texture.
