Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries and ripe avocado.
- Add the almond milk and blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey and chia seeds, then blend again.
- Add ice cubes to achieve your preferred consistency and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit honey or substitute with maple syrup.
- Feel free to add spinach for extra nutrients.
- This smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
