Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with blueberries and avocado.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)


Instructions
