Instructions
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Add the jasmine tea leaves and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a separate container.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
- Add the vanilla syrup to the warm milk and stir well.
- Combine the jasmine tea and vanilla milk in a glass.
- Add ice cubes if desired and stir to combine.
