Description

A delicious homemade version of the popular Taco Bell Mexican Pizza.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup taco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Spread refried beans on one tortilla and top with cooked ground beef.
  4. Add a layer of cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
  5. Top with another tortilla and spread taco sauce on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef.
  • Serve with sour cream or guacamole for added flavor.
