Description
A delicious homemade version of the popular Taco Bell Mexican Pizza.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Spread refried beans on one tortilla and top with cooked ground beef.
- Add a layer of cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
- Top with another tortilla and spread taco sauce on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole for added flavor.
