- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until pale and thick.
- Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
- Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and dust with powdered sugar.
