Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until pale and thick.
  4. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and dust with powdered sugar.
