Description

A delicious and easy recipe for spiced egg muffin toast, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the muffin halves.
  5. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the egg mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
