- 2 English muffins
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the muffin halves.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
