Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
  4. Top with the mashed avocado mixture.
