Description

A delightful and creamy dessert featuring layers of pistachio flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a flavored whipped topping.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
