Description

A delightful and refreshing peach lemonade recipe perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 cups of water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher.
  4. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
  • For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
