A delightful and refreshing peach lemonade recipe perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 cups of water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
