Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • For a decorative touch, you can sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the chocolate before it sets.
  • Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
