Delicious and healthy chicken burgers infused with Mediterranean flavors, featuring fresh herbs and creamy feta cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, mint, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Toast the burger buns in the same skillet for a minute or until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- These burgers can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Serve with a side of Greek salad for a complete meal.
