Description
A refreshing and tropical herbal tea made with mango and hibiscus.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
- Add the diced mango to the warm tea and blend until smooth.
- If desired, stir in honey or agave syrup to sweeten.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
- This tea can be served hot or cold.
- For a stronger mango flavor, add more mango or use mango puree.
