Description

A delicious and easy-to-make recipe inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse’s famous Parmesan Chicken.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of pasta or salad for a complete meal.
