A delicious and easy-to-make recipe inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse’s famous Parmesan Chicken.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
