Description

A refreshing blend of tropical mango flavor and green tea matcha, perfect for a hot day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of brewed matcha green tea
  • 1/2 cup of mango puree
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Brew the matcha green tea according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango puree and honey (if using) until smooth.
  3. In a glass, add ice cubes to your desired level.
  4. Pour the mango puree over the ice.
  5. Slowly pour the cooled matcha green tea over the mango puree.
  6. Top with milk and stir gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of matcha powder if desired.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
  • Fresh mango can be used instead of puree if in season.
