Ingredients

- 1 cup of brewed matcha green tea
- 1/2 cup of mango puree
- 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew the matcha green tea according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the mango puree and honey (if using) until smooth.
- In a glass, add ice cubes to your desired level.
- Pour the mango puree over the ice.
- Slowly pour the cooled matcha green tea over the mango puree.
- Top with milk and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of matcha powder if desired.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
- Fresh mango can be used instead of puree if in season.
