A delightful and refreshing iced tea recipe combining the flavors of Earl Grey and raspberry, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 4 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Add the fresh raspberries and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, strain the tea to remove the raspberries.
- Refrigerate the tea until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, muddle some raspberries before adding them to the tea.
- This tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
