Description

A delightful and refreshing iced tea recipe combining the flavors of Earl Grey and raspberry, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add the fresh raspberries and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, strain the tea to remove the raspberries.
  6. Refrigerate the tea until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
  • For a stronger raspberry flavor, muddle some raspberries before adding them to the tea.
  • This tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
