Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
