Description

A refreshing and healthy smoothie made with cucumber, pineapple, and mango.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cucumber, pineapple, mango, and coconut water.
  2. Add honey if desired for sweetness.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, omit the honey or substitute with agave syrup.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less coconut water.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but best enjoyed fresh.
