Description
A refreshing and healthy smoothie made with cucumber, pineapple, and mango.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cucumber, pineapple, mango, and coconut water.
- Add honey if desired for sweetness.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit the honey or substitute with agave syrup.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less coconut water.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but best enjoyed fresh.
