Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with soy dipping sauce.
