A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring crispy bread and a sweet blueberry filling.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cheese and blueberries on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey.
- Use whole grain or gluten-free bread for a healthier option.
