Ingredients

- 1 package of mushroom ravioli
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the mushroom ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
- Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- In another skillet, sear the steaks to your desired doneness.
- Once the ravioli is cooked, drain and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve the creamy ravioli topped with sliced seared steak and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers to the sauce.
- Make sure to let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
