Description

A delicious and creamy dish featuring succulent shrimp in a garlic sauce served over fluffy mashed potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the creamy garlic shrimp over the mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
