Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots.
- This dish can be served warm or at room temperature.
