- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before drizzling with icing made from powdered sugar and a little milk.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle chopped nuts or raisins on top before baking.
- This dish can be prepared the night before and stored in the refrigerator.
