Description

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and French toast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for icing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before drizzling with icing made from powdered sugar and a little milk.

Notes
