Delicious and easy-to-make chocolate dipped Rice Krispy treats that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each Rice Krispy treat square into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped treats on wax paper to set.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate before it sets.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
