Description

A delicious and spicy slider recipe featuring crispy chicken and a creamy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing crispy chicken on slider buns, adding lettuce, and drizzling with bang bang sauce.
  7. Add pickles if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
