- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- Slider buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing crispy chicken on slider buns, adding lettuce, and drizzling with bang bang sauce.
- Add pickles if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
