Ingredients

- 1 cup of carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped (for topping)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with chopped walnuts.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt.
- Feel free to add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost.
