A refreshing and tangy blueberry lemonade perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the blueberry juice in the pitcher.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- This lemonade can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
