A delicious and easy breakfast option combining the flavors of apple and cinnamon in a quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the apple mixture over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese and the second tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or raisins for extra texture.
- Serve with maple syrup or yogurt for dipping.
